Goro Lighthouse

The Goro Lighthouse was built in 1951 to replace the previous Lanterna Vecchia, which was now too far from the coastline and had been rendered unusable by German attacks. It is 22 meters high and topped by a lantern with a beam of light reaching 10 miles. What was once the lighthouse keeper's house has now been converted into accommodation, along with the lighthouse itself.

The Goro Lighthouse can be reached by ferry or by boat.
